The Aladdin Product Management team collaborates with developers, researchers, and other team members to innovate and craft new capabilities for the investment lifecycle. As a Product Manager, you will have a positive impact on developing the product vision and leading day to day execution of the roadmap.

About this role: 

This specific role sits within the private markets (eFront) and whole portfolio team that is responsible for an end-to-end platform for LPs, GPs and Asset Servicers to handle private market portfolios. The platform streamlines operations, gives investors access to accurate and standardized data, and optimizes communication between market participants.

As a trusted product expert, the Product Manager for eFront community tools will take ownership of our existing solutions and contribute to advise our product strategy.

Connect market trends and client needs with product engineering teams to coordinate and complete eFront portfolio supervising product strategy.

This individual will help us improve our current positioning, while defining the right trajectory to streamline further connectivity between asset managers and investors through Investment Café and digitize workflows between asset managers and asset servicers through eFront Provider

Strong candidates will bring their hands on experience in the Fin tech and Alternatives investment tech space. 

You will be aware / research the competitive landscape and influence out technical and commercial decisions. You will also lead new product initiatives, coordinate engagement with users, be responsible for product roadmaps, and ensure unparalleled execution to deliver winning products. Success in this product vertical will both improve eFront Private solutions and Aladdin’s overall value offering and facilitate new growth opportunities, ultimately contributing to bold Aladdin growth targets in the Private Markets space.

There are many strategic areas that need exploration, evaluation, and prioritization, while in parallel ensuring that the tactical needs for continuing to deliver the product are met.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with other product managers to define the product strategy and vision. This implies a proven understanding of the needs of the Private Market investments industry, especially when it comes to collaboration across the community.

  • Be a subject matter expert of personas, workflows, and tools within your product domain

  • Influence teams across Aladdin to drive forward strategic product decisions

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of business, collaborator and client needs

  • Capture, evaluate & define detailed product requirements and product specifications

  • Develop, prioritize, and maintain roadmaps, provide quarterly updates on results and create content for management communications

  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of competitors and industry trends

  • Provide technical/industry knowledge to both sales and clients directly on how to apply the Aladdin offering

Skills / Qualifications: 

  • Demonstrated ability in product management / business analysis / client service that includes building and launching technology in a B2B or B2C market

  • Demonstrable track record of creating, growing and running a product line to market success

  • Strong and encouraging teammate with the ability to lead and influence

  • Strong competence in analyzing and prioritizing tasks with the ability to complete promptly

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely

  • Proficiency working with a diverse set of backgrounds, including technical developers, business leaders, and target end users.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to make data driven decisions and deliver results quickly

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or equivalent practical experience

Our hybrid work model
