Investment Data Analyst

About this role

• Investigation into data validation warnings  
• Modification and validation of Master data lists 
• Population of data submission templates  
• Trouble shooting and support to third party providers   
• Testing of template modifications 
• Transformation and control of reports classified as "easy"  
• Requires a high level of supervision.  
• Role performs varied assignments of an advanced nature requiring full use and application of advanced methods and tools
• Accountable for a variety of professional level tasks/responsibilities
• Entrusted to complete assignments following established procedures and best practices under minimal supervision and expected to use independent judgment
• Uses advanced knowledge of domain, processes and tools in order to complete and ensure compliance of various project subtasks and their delivery
• Role can be specialized in a subject matter area, but does not require people manager responsibility
• Speaks up about issues that could impact our clients or the reputation of the firm
• Builds open and trusting relationships with stakeholders
• Actively seeks out stakeholder feedback to understand and anticipate their needs

Our hybrid work model

BlackRock’s hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all. Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. Some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities.
