You will learn the specific business group and HR business and culture inside and out so that you are able to provide HR partnership to the business leaders and the teams you support to enhance their growth and impact.

This role will serve as an HR Business Partner for both Technology and Operations business globally, and for Serbia as a regional coverage. You will be principal support to the T&O HR Business Partners and Serbia leadership team in driving and executing both the business and firm-wide talent agenda. To be successful in this role, you will need to establish relationships across HR and the firm, learn the business, its leaders and organizational structure, and problem tackle across a variety of HR topics. You will work on key initiatives and projects in areas such as organizational design, employee relations, culture, diversity, and leadership development, as well as providing support to drive our annual talent management processes.

HR Business Partner for Technology & Operations (Associate)

We will trust you to:

  • Identify and surface trends in qualitative and quantitative data to assist in decision-making, tie analyses back into business priorities and help improve organizational health

  • Keep all members of our HRBP team informed of our People Strategy, measure progress frequently and establish routines to help the team run as effectively as possible

  • Support the execution of internal organization strategic projects, including project design and scoping, project management, providing updates, and timely project delivery

  • Assist with finding opportunities and assess improvements to the employee experience and partner with HRBPs to create and implement innovative and lasting solutions

  • Provide advice and guidance on various topics including performance management, leadership development, compensation, succession planning, coaching, and talent reviews

  • Work on high-impact engagement activities, with an emphasis on employee experience and DEI-related initiatives

HR Business Partner for Serbia (Associate)

We will trust you to:

  • Develop strategic partnership in EMEA region regarding HR strategy and operations in Serbia

  • Closely partner with EMEA HR ops and platform teams (contact HR team, benefits ops, TA ops, mobility ops, payroll, reporting etc.)

  • Have an oversight of local HR process, making sure local regulations are respected

  • Serve as point of contact for local authorities

  • Serve as point of escalation – employee matters

  • Working with Local leadership team performing Mission for Belgrade office

  • Participating in panels organized by local networks addressing different talent and DEI topics

  • Serve as point of contact for PRO – managing CWK programme for Belgrade

You would need to:

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the vision, purpose and strategy of the business

  • Establish effective partnership with business leaders to influence talent decisions by providing tailored advice and applying expertise.

  • Drive informed decision-making by using data to identify trends; work with business leaders to determine issue root causes and develop effective solutions.

  • Partner with HR functional teams such as Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, etc. to complete business priorities and solutions

Previous experience preferred:

  • 5+ years of HR business partner or generalist experience, ideally in a high-paced environment

  • Demonstrated experience influencing and building strong and trusted relationships and networks

  • Demonstrated ability to use HR reporting & analytics in summarizing information, generating insights and tailoring the findings back to different audiences (i.e., HRBPs, client functions) as well as tracking and disseminating key HR data

  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint and be able to synthesize data to tell a story for senior leadership

Our hybrid work model
