About this role
Your Team
The Digital Solutions team is responsible for the strategy and execution of many of the firm’s enterprise productivity and collaboration technology solutions including Microsoft 365, Box, Airtable, Miro, NetDocuments, and other SaaS technologies. The team is central to BlackRock’s Microsoft 365 enablement and adoption program, improving the employee digital experience as a result. We collaborate with various cross-functional technical teams around the world to deliver secure and scalable technology services.
The Digital Solutions team has three verticals: Productivity, Collaboration and Business Solutions, and aligns it to the Digital Workplace Solutions chapter.
Your role and impact
Sitting at the intersection of business and technology, Productivity Solutions leads the product strategy and lifecycle management for enterprise productivity platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online and Outlook, DocuSign, and Miro. As Head of Productivity Solutions, you will be responsible for managing and executing the vision of these products, ensuring they align with firm-wide governance standards and deliver secure, scalable, and user-centric digital experiences.
You will oversee a team of product owners and analysts, collaborate with engineering and operations, and partner with business stakeholders to drive adoption, streamline workflows, and modernize legacy processes. You will also be accountable for change enablement, lifecycle governance, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the employee experience and maximize ROI.
As Head of Productivity Solutions, you will:
Lead a team of product managers and analysts focused on productivity platforms including Microsoft Teams, Outlook (Exchange Online), DocuSign, and Miro.
Define and execute product roadmaps that align with strategic business goals and user needs.
Champion platform governance, ensuring compliance with audit, privacy, and InfoSec standards.
Partner with engineering and operations to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient solutions.
Drive adoption through education, enablement, and engagement initiatives.
Oversee onboarding of new productivity tools and rationalisation of legacy systems.
Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to escalate issues and advocate for enhancements.
Monitor platform performance and user feedback to guide continuous improvement.
Support strategic initiatives such as software renewals and cross-functional coordination.
Act as a solution consultant, bridging business needs with technical capabilities.
What you'll need:
6–8 years of experience in technology operations, product management, or enterprise platform implementation.
Deep expertise in Microsoft Teams and Outlook (Exchange Online), with a strong understanding of their capabilities.
Experience managing SaaS platforms such as DocuSign and Miro.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic outcomes.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Familiarity with change management, configuration drift management, and compliance frameworks.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels.
Experience in vendor and contract management, including licensing and support models.
Ability to analyse performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
Strong working knowledge of agile frameworks and product backlog management.
For Princeton, NJ and Atlanta, GA Only the salary range for this position is USD$140,000.00 - USD$195,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
For Wilmington, DE Only the salary range for this position is USD$130,000.00 - USD$178,500.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
