About this role
As a CX Knowledge Management Analyst, you will collaborate with the Head of Client Experience (CX) Knowledge to implement innovative knowledge strategies and manage daily operations, offering a unique opportunity to make significant impact.
Key Responsibilities
Content Management
- Curate, organize, and maintain knowledge content, ensuring it is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to all team members.
- Manage and oversee knowledge governance to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
- Develop and manage databases, intranets, and other storage systems for knowledge content.
Support and Training
- Empower employees by providing comprehensive support and training on knowledge management tools and systems.
- Create training resources, conduct knowledge sharing sessions and training programs for staff members.
Promoting Knowledge Sharing
- Champion a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration across the organization.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing throughout operational processes, systems and governance.
Strengthening Links
- Enhance connections between knowledge sharing and information systems to improve integration and facilitate seamless information exchange.
- Work closely with technology partners to ensure systems are well-integrated and support knowledge management goals.
- Continuously identify and explore opportunities to standardise best practices.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information management, business, communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years professional experience working in a knowledge management or related role.
- Experience managing large amounts of information and data.
- Experience working with information systems, CRM and client platforms.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

For Atlanta, GA Only the salary range for this position is USD$76,000.00 - USD$95,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
