Alternative Client Platform (“ACP”)

The Alternatives Client Platform team serves as the centralized hub to support investor relations activities across our rapidly growing Alternative Investments platform to provide an industry-leading client experience. Our team is responsible for a wide range of client services activities, including production of client & fund reports, support with marketing collateral and presentations, and maintaining platform data and analytics. We are seeking a high-energy, ambitious individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, responsible for leading multiple projects and tasks concurrently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Drive development of information processing and reporting by using the existing technology stack and other applicable tools

  • Build data queries to assist with reporting requirements and create client reports

  • Write code to automate and streamline existing process

  • The design, implementation, review, and support of robust end-to-end systems to provide scalability to ACP’s client experience

  • Collaborate on automation initiatives, including the implementation of technology, prioritization of the development roadmap, and execution of tactical solutions

  • Work closely with internal partners to ensure information integrity and reporting accuracy

Qualifications:

  • Degree in the fields of computer science, data science & engineering, finance or accounting.

  • Organized with a hands-on approach and a 'can-do' attitude

  • Ability to independently take ownership of and/or lead projects and tasks

  • Collaborative contributor who thrives in a team environment

  • Strong technology skills and proficiency

  • Experience with building out data pipelines

  • Understanding of business intelligence, ETL, and reporting concepts

  • Strong fundamental software development skills

  • Excel, Python, SQL, Power BI (or Tableau)

  • Experience designing dashboards, reports and analytics solutions using above technologies

  • Exposure to Snowflake or similar solutions

Preferred Skills:

  • Demonstrable ability to write clean, testable, readable code in a team environment

  • Ability to identify and resolve performance and scalability issues

  • Experience with business process reengineering

  • Understanding of data modeling and data engineering concepts

  • Good understanding of algorithms, data structures and design patterns

  • Professional experience developing enterprise software solutions is a plus

  • Industry specific certifications (e.g. CFA, CAIA) is a plus

  • Platform knowledge in eFront, Aladdin or other Private Markets Technology products is a plus
