The BlackRock Academies Master Classes are designed to help employees stay connected and thrive in our “new normal.” There are five Master Class themes: Virtual Work, Racial Equity and Inclusion, Embracing Business Not as Usual, Mastering the Markets, and Connecting to Our Culture. Each class includes helpful resources as well as conversations from our executive leadership to answer questions like:
