About this role
Your Role and Impact
We have a great opportunity to join as an associate in our ETF and Index Investments Portfolio Engineering Investment Analytics team. You’ll be responsible for providing research and analytics solutions to transform our index portfolios through risk management, trading strategy and business strategy. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference as both Students of the Market as well as Students of Technology!
Your Responsibilities
The responsibilities include:
• Delivering advanced analytics, business intelligence and valuations to aid in future business strategy and investments
• Researching and engaging with our Portfolio Engineering team to understand investment events, such as corporate actions and rebalances
• Constructing solutions that enhance the efficiency of investment decision making
• Contributing positively to our culture and supporting diversity, equity and inclusion

Skills/Qualifications:
The aptitudes we are looking for includes:
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong technical skills: Python, SQL, etc
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, particularly when articulating both findings and actionable insights
• Experience in performing data science on large data sets
• Prior experience as a Consultant, Data Scientist, Business Intelligence Analyst, Portfolio Analyst, Index Analyst, Portfolio Manager, Financial Modeler or Operations Analyst is preferable
• The ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• A desire to work collaboratively and great relationship-building skills
